What makes it Innovative?

From the outset, GFI MAX RemoteManagement allowed IT support companies to automate monitoring of multiple clients’ systems remotely through multi-tenancy– saving the IT company valuable time and resources and allowing them to focus on providing improved/ more efficient service.

It was also one of the first (and few) solutions that was both SaaS-based and offered on a subscription model – making it easy for IT co’s to deploy quickly without risk to their business – not locked in to any long term contract, and no minimum requirements for installation. The system can be deployed remotely, no hardware. Low cost pricing making it the easy, affordable solution.

It was also the first RMM system to offer ‘total systems branding’ (dashboard including URL, reports, emails) – allowing the IT company to brand as their own and sell the system as their own.

Over the past few months, our customers have seen continuing innovation through continual product development.

There has been huge investment in R&D and product development, and a substantial expansion on product functionality, growing the capability of the system from its traditional strengths in Monitoring Servers, to now offer comprehensive Management and Monitoring across the entire IT infrastructure – servers, desktops, asset management, remote support, customer reporting, patch management and proactive maintenance through automated, pre-defined and user defined preventative maintenance.
